Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Storehaus (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Storehaus provides an AI-powered platform for creating and managing online stores. The Platform handles payment processing, tax collection, and order fulfillment on behalf of sellers. Stores are hosted on Storehaus infrastructure, and products are sourced and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. Storehaus is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Seller Obligations

Sellers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Products listed must not violate intellectual property rights, contain prohibited content, or misrepresent their nature. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions and must not engage in deceptive practices. Storehaus reserves the right to remove listings that violate these obligations.

6. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe. Seller payouts are issued after order delivery confirmation, subject to the Platform’s payout schedule and any applicable hold periods. Platform fees, including commission and payment processing fees, are deducted automatically. Payout schedules and fee structures are detailed in the seller dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the Platform’s AI tools for your store (including designs, copy, and configurations) is licensed to you for use on the Platform. The Storehaus name, logo, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Storehaus. You retain ownership of original content you upload, including brand assets and product photos.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) use the Platform for illegal activities; (b) attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment processing; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s infrastructure; (d) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free tiers; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Storehaus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storehaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and any pending payouts will be processed according to the standard schedule.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storehaus, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your store content or product listings; (d) any dispute between you and a customer. This obligation survives termination of your account.

12. Content Moderation

Storehaus reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content on the Platform, including AI-generated store content, product listings, and brand assets, at our sole discretion. We may take action without prior notice if we believe content violates these terms, applicable laws, or poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

13. Force Majeure

Storehaus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service disruptions, pandemics, or supply chain interruptions. During such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Storehaus.
